Employment & Incentives | Associate

Do you have experience in employment law, an international mindset and the ambition to take your career to the next level? Our Employment & Incentives team in Amsterdam is looking for an enthusiastic Associate (3 to 6 years of experience) who enjoys tackling complex legal challenges, taking responsibility and working directly with clients.

At Pinsent Masons, you'll be part of an international network of more than 135 specialist employment lawyers across Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Africa. You'll advise national and international clients on a wide range of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, outsourcing, employee representation, employee data privacy and complex employment disputes. You'll work on cross-border projects, take ownership of your own matters and collaborate closely with colleagues from our Corporate, TMT and Litigation teams.

Our Amsterdam office has grown to approximately 40 professionals and 8 partners in only a few years, and we're looking to expand our Employment & Incentives practice even further. You'll join a close-knit, approachable team where you'll be given responsibility from an early stage, work directly with clients and have plenty of opportunities to develop your expertise and client relationships. You'll also contribute to the growth of our practice through knowledge sharing and business development.

You're a Dutch-qualified lawyer with 3 to 6 years of experience in employment law, preferably gained at a leading law firm. You have strong analytical skills, take a practical and commercially minded approach to client advice, and communicate fluently in both Dutch and English. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues, have a keen interest in international developments and take initiative. Previous international experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
