Legal PA TMT & Data Privacy-team

Are you an experienced Legal PA who thrives in an international environment, thinks ahead and enjoys a varied role? Our TMT & Data Privacy team in Amsterdam is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Legal PA who enjoys taking responsibility and keeping everything running smoothly.

At Pinsent Masons, you'll support one of our partners and work closely with lawyers advising national and international clients on technology, media, telecommunications, privacy and digital transformation. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the practice, managing diaries and files, coordinating international meetings, handling correspondence and assisting with billing, travel arrangements and client events. You'll also maintain regular contact with clients, international colleagues and external parties.

You'll have extensive experience as a Legal PA or in a similar support role, preferably within a law firm, professional services or an international organisation. You're highly organised, detail-oriented, flexible and comfortable managing competing priorities. You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Dutch and English, are confident using Microsoft Office and ideally have experience with iManage or a similar document management system.
